Parent Resources: Enrollment

Enrollment Procedures

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Robin's Nest, parents should contact the Center Director to schedule a tour of the facility.

During the tour you will get the information about policies and procedures and the school philosophy and goals so that you may determine our program's compatibility to your needs.

To enroll your child at Phelps Child Care Center, parents will need to submit the following completed information.

Child Care Enrollment Record which includes the following:

• Non-refundable registration fee – at the time of commitment
• Security deposit fee – at the time of commitment
• Registration form
• Enrollment Agreement
• Consent for Medical Treatment
• Medical Information Record including current shot records
• Emergency Information and Consent Form
• Family background form

Visit Days

It is most helpful if parent and child can come for a visit to Robin's Nest before actual enrollment to help with the child's transition into school. We recommend doing this at a time when parent and child are able to visit for a longer period of time and can have an opportunity to participate in some of the scheduled school activities.
